History of Composites for Model Production

The heart of the "Composites for Model" manufacturing company and friendly companies have existed since 1993. We started our activity graduating from the Aviation Institute (KhAI) and started it with a professional approach to the manufacture of carbon and kevlar parts using a technology that was used only in aviation and space technology. The first parts were components for sports models of aircraft and yachts. And even then, these models won many international competitions. Gradually, the range of parts expanded and the list of industries for which we make parts has grown significantly.

Currently, the company is a close-knit team consisting of selected employees who have undergone special training at various enterprises.

The rich experience of our specialists and sophisticated equipment allows us to manufacture the most complex parts from any composite materials (carbon, kevlar, basalt and glass fabric based on epoxy or polyester resin). The production of a new part (and it is often one-of-a-kind and exclusive) begins with strength and design calculations. Constructors, designers and technologists work as a close-knit team and provide the best solution for manufacturing an order. With these calculations, we minimize material consumption as much as possible, and therefore reduce the mass of an aviation or sports part and reduce the amount of money that the customer pays for it.

In our work, we use modern equipment, technologies and creativity. Not always necessary and expensive equipment is in our company, but our partners have it.
